PROSOFT’s PLC system specific communication adaptation module focuses on protocol conversion and data exchange between different industrial equipment and Rockwell ControlLogix PLC, solving the compatibility problem of multi brand equipment networking and adapting to the distributed control requirements of industrial automation scenarios. ​

Multi protocol conversion adaptation: Supports mainstream industrial protocols such as DeviceNet, Profinet, Modbus, etc., and can convert signals from sensors, actuators, and other devices into PLC recognizable formats, achieving cross brand device linkage. ​
High speed data transmission: using dedicated data processing chips, the data throughput rate of a single module can reach Mbps level, meeting the low latency requirements of real-time control scenarios (usually latency<10ms). ​
Flexible network expansion: Supports up to 32 device access, can expand network coverage through daisy chain or star topology, and is suitable for centralized control of multiple devices in large production lines. ​
Stable operation guarantee: equipped with power overvoltage/overcurrent protection, communication interruption self recovery function, and built-in LED status indicator light to quickly locate faults; Support hot plugging, no need to shut down the PLC system during maintenance. ​
